New Timetable - February 2016

From February 1, 2016 we are introducing some timetable changes.  The following timetable will be run.  For full details see our booking page through MindBody.


Classic. The sessions we’re known for, covering a full range of training and cycling styles. From beginner to seasoned Spin Roomer, the team will look after you. Whatever you put into these session is what you’ll get out of them and will be sure to see the results on the road.
Classic+Core. Take a Classic session and add in some exercises to strengthen the core. Exercises could be on or off the bike!Threshold Training /Time Trialling/Testing. Do you have an event that you have been talked into entering and need a program that will get you to the finish line (faster than your mates)? This is the session that will work on your specific level of fitness and cycling and improve it!Women’s Session. We want to see more women on bikes! Female instructor and a timeslot to fit in with life.Hills and Climbing. Who doesn’t like riding up hills? This is the session to build strength and climbing techniques to get you up that hill(s) comfortably or before everyone else.
